I would like to report the following problem with 2FA:

I don't have access to my token(s) anymore.
(All existing tokens will be deleted and you will receive a new registration code in the Account Status in TUGRAZonline).
I do not have a token yet.
(You will receive a registration code in the Account Status in TUGRAZonline).
Token doesn't work.
I am not asked about the 2nd factor.
I want a hardware token.
I want to use my private hardware token.
The app will not install.
I am locked out after too many failed attempts.

The requested TAN is only valid for this form and is not a 2nd factor for other systems!
